Students Board Buses to return to campus
​     1 Chaperone & 2 Students stay behind to showcase for the      parents. The buses will return to pick up and drop off the        Chaperon and student that stayed behind.
Community Involvement
​Summit concludes
  • Campuses are responsible for substitutes
  • Teacher/Chaperone to Student Ratio is 1:10 
  • Approved BISD Parent Volunteers & Paraprofessionals may Chaperone
  • Campuses are encouraged to create name tags for their students.

LUNCH SCHEDULE

  • 1 Chaperon and 2 Students stay behind during lunch rotations.  When your Chaperon & Students return, then they relieve you and your two students to go to lunch. It will be OK for you and your two students to eat with any group.
  • Mr. Johnson, Project Manager, will be communicating with your cafeteria manager. They will be notified of the event so that they budget for that day. You may still notify your cafeteria manager of the student not eating at your campus the day of the event.

  • Lunch will be provided, for students, by BISD Food Services. 
  • Sponsors; lunch on your own. CAB Cafeteria will have lunch plates available for purchase.

**Notify us if a student follows a certain diet.

Transportation

ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
  • A bus will be at every Elementary campus, for pick-up @ 8:45 am & drop off by 2:00 pm
  • An Excel file template will be provided to each Coding sponsor (through ONEDRIVE) so they may list the students (with IDs) who will be attending this event.

  • Buses are contingent to the amount students participating. Once we have this data we will post the routes.

Flyers and permission slips will be provided to the Coding Sponsors via the ONEDRIVE.  Please ensure that every student attending has a permission on file that is readily available at the event.

T-shirts can be ordered by the campus (using campus funds) from the vendor below (used by UTRGV). 
 
Please make sure to choose the baby blue color t-shirts.
